Virtual running organisation Run for the World has chosen u3a as one of its named charities
Run for the World is supporting u3a this year.
The virtual running organisation encourages people to stay fit by hosting online events. They have monthly events as well as 'Open' events where you can compete in your own time.
Run for the World are donating 10% of all event entry fees during this year to two charities, our movement and Anthony Nolan. You can see how much money is being raised on the Run for the World website.
