Interest Groups Online Groups

TRAINING WEBSITE

Exploring Progrock

Initially, we’ll be exploring the more popular groups that fall into this category.
Over time, collectively, we’ll gradually move from 1969 to the present day, exploring the different genres, playing tracks and watching videos.
We’ll be looking back through history and comparing Melody Maker and New Musical Express publications.
We will explore the Top 20 albums from a particular month chosen.
And we will investigate group histories on suitable websites.
And last but not least, we will review the LP sleeve artworks.
Members will be encouraged to choose tracks, and hopefully I’ll be able to find them from my extensive library.

When

3rd Wednesday of the month from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm
