I was captain of BA 2969 in Dec 2000 and retired 2 years later from BA. Then able to talk rather more freely about the incident in BBC Derbyshire (interview of the week), Jeremy Vine show etc., also CNN and Fox News interviews. I corrected the inaccurate information held.
